The choice is yours. Cooked or raw fish?
I am a man named Takumi, and I love the ocean and everything in it, but my favorite thing is the fresh, raw fish I catch myself.
Every day, I would go out in my small boat and cast my line, waiting for a bite. When I caught a fish, I would clean it on the spot and eat it right then and there, relishing the salty, juicy flavor.
My friends and family thought I was strange for eating raw fish, but I didn't care. To me, there was nothing better than the taste of fresh, wild fish straight from the ocean.
I even started to experiment with different kinds of fish and different seasonings to add to the raw meat.
